How often should I schedule a cleaning service?
What if I need to hold service?
Life happens! We understand that completely. If you'll be on vacation, out of town or just need to hold service, we're happy to hold it with at least 24 hours notice!
Are your products safe for pets?
Yes, we use pet-safe and non toxic products to ensure the safety of your furry friends and family.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
Absolutely not! The majority of our customers are not home when we clean the yard. We just need access to your yard (gate codes or access codes, key left for gate locks, etc) and if dogs have access to the yard, they must be friendly.
How do you dispose of the poop?
We bag the poop up and throw it in your trash can, or leave it in a place of your choosing to dispose of. If you choose poop takeaway as a service we will take it at an extra charge and dispose of it in our trash can.
I forgot to unlock the gate!
Accidents happen. Please just give us a much notice as possible. If we haven't already been to your house, we may just be able to skip you for the day or service your yard on another day. If we come by and we are unable to access your yard for any reason, you'll be charged a flat $10 fee for the missed appointment and a two week scoop charge on your next visit.
What about bad weather?
We RARELY miss service days. We scoop in sun, rain, wind, hail, and even light snow. The only weather we will cancel for is if snow is too deep to find waste, or road conditions are too hazardous for us to travel.
My dog is in the yard, is that a problem?
Absolutely not! If your pup is friendly we love having the company! If you approve we'll also offer a small treat to sweeten the interaction!
My dog doesn't like people in its yard, can I still get service?
Of course! We have many furry clients who aren't a fan of people in their yards. We can text you on our way to your house so your dog can be secured, or you can arrange to just keep your dog secured before hand! We don't want to risk ourselves, your dog, or you in an unfriendly situation so we'll gladly work with you to make a clean work for all of us!
Do you take days off?
Weekends are my time for my family. I will scoop a yard for a special occasion on a weekend with prior arrangements. I also take Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July and a very occasion couple of vacation days off. That said, we will do our absolute best to see that your yard is still scooped that week on a different day to ensure you don't have extra build up in your yard. Of course emergencies and illnesses happen, but thankfully they're incredibly rare and I will ALWAYS send you a text if I'm not going to be able to make it.
When do I get billed for service?
You will be billed AFTER your yard is serviced. We will never bill you before service is completed unless it's for a 1 time clean or a very large job.
